General classical solution for dynamics of charges with radiation reaction
Description
The relativistic dynamics of a charge in the presence of the radiation reaction force is solved in general. It is shown that the solution admits mass conversion of the charge into the energy of the electromagnetic field. The mechanism of annihilation is demonstrated on the example of the radiative capture of the electron by the proton. (author)
