Description

Change of the low-temperature acoustical properties of the HTSC ceramics YBa2Cu3Ox when varying the oxygen index in the interval 6.03<x<6.93 is investigated at the frequency 90 kHz and in the temperature range 5-320 K. In the sound absorption spectra the composite peak with the components P2 at 110 K and P3 at 135 K attracts a special attention. The peak P2 weakly depends on x whereas the peak P3 is suppressed when decreasing x and disappears in the tetragonal phase. The temperature dependences of sound velocity display a broad hysteresis a size of which practically does not depend on x. (orig.)
