Description
ShenGuang II (SG-II) is a 6KJ ICF driver with 8 beams. In this paper the authors report the design method and the layout of target beam path. Beam-targeting system for ICF experiment is designed using ''center position sensor'', a high precision spatial coordinate sensor, to position target, align and focus laser beam. Scheme and result of experiment for prototype are included
