Description
According to the characteristics of radiation injury caused by nuclear accidents, the action points of protection and the requirements of medical emergency rescue are analyzed. The protective measures in early, middle and late stage of accidents/incidents, and the emergency capacity building path, are then put forward, which can provide guidance for troops to deal with nuclear threats scientifically.
