Cell for measuring dielectric properties under irradiation

Description
Method for remote measurement of tangent of dielectric loss angle and dielectric permittivity of polymers has been developed. Cell for conducting measurements in vacuum in the temperature range from -190 deg C up to 200 deg C under electron beam irradiation has been created. Cell design and diagram of electrode coating on a sample are presented
