Thermo Jaynes-Cummings model and its diagonalization

Description
By analyzing Takahashi-Umezawa thermo field dynamics and constructing new thermal excitation states, we propose a thermo Jaynes-Cummings model. The corresponding Hamiltonian is diagonalized by virtue of the supersymmetric transform and the eigenenergy spectrum is obtained
