Higher order elastic constants of La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 high temperature superconductor

Description
The expressions for the second-order (SOE) and third-order (TOE) elastic constants for the high temperature superconductor La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) have been derived from the finite deformation theory. The derived expressions have been used to the compute the values of the SOE and TOE constants for La1.85Sr0.15CuO4. The computed values of SOE constants for La1.87Sr0.13CuO4 and La1.86Sr0.14CuO4 are found to be in good agreement with the earlier reported data. The values of SOE and TOE constants for La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 material are being presented for the first time
