Description

Paper studies superconducting behaviour of ∼ 1 μm size spherical In-Ga clusters produced at the surface of crystalline GaAs-matrix. Peculiarities of the effect of magneto-dependent microwave absorption at conditions when depth of the external static magnetic field penetration is comparable with the superconducting cluster size are determined
