A prototype detector of nitro-containing substances based on a MIS sensor was developed and tested. The detection threshold for the mass of trinitrotoluene is 1 ng/cm3, the detection time is not more than 30 seconds

Разработан и исследован прототип детектора нитросодержащих веществ на основе МДП-сенсора. Порог детектирования по массе тринитротолуола составляет 1 нг/см3, время обнаружения не более 30 секунд
