Surface state and pitting resistance of iron based metallic glasses upon isothermal annealing

Description
Effect of structures, composition and chemical state of surface of Fe76.8Ni1).2Si8.8B13.2 and Fe76.2Si8.7B13.1C2.0 iron base (and Co65.7Fe4.7Ni3.4Cr1.1Nb2.2B13.8Si9.1 cobalt base ones for comparison purposes) amorphous alloy (AA) tapes isothermally annealing under 573-623 K during 0.1-2000 h on the purity corrosion (PC) resistance was studied by means of nuclear gamma-resonance, X-ray electron spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization in alkali chloride-containing solutions. It was shown that independently of the composition of AAs their tendency to PC increases with increase in time and temperature

Методами ядерного гамма-резонанса, рентгеноэлектронной спектроскопии и потенциодинамической поляризации в щелочных хлоридсодержащих растворах изучено влияние структуры, состава и химического состояния поверхности лент аморфных сплавов (АС) на основе железа Fe76.8Ni1).2Si8.8B13.2 и Fe76.2Si8.7B13.1C2.0 (и для сравнения на основе кобальта Co65.7Fe4.7Ni3.4Cr1.1Nb2.2B13.8Si9.1), изотермически отожженных при 573-623 К в течение 0.1-2000 ч, на устойчивость к питтинговой коррозии (ПК).
