Bremsstrahlung on resonance scattering in a molecular gas
Description
The cross section for bremsstrahlung of slow electrons on neutral atoms and molecules is related to the elastic and inelastic scattering cross sections. An obviovs expression fot the bremsstrahlung intensity, taking into account the entire totally of oscillatory states of molecules was obtained for resonance scattering on molecules. The calculations of the radiation intensity of the atomic and molecular gases agree fairly well with experiment
