Application of the general perturbation theory for a reconstruction of the assemblywise power distribution inside the VVER-440 core
Description
A method is described applying the general perturbation theory to improved calculation of flux or power distribution in the reactor core, using in-core detector signals. The thermometer signals were received from the in-core system in the Paks NPP. The 2D version of code C-PORCA was used. The results show the frequency of occurrence of differences between the reconstructed and the measured assemblywise temperature rise of the coolant water. (J.B.) 2 figs., 6 refs
