Effects of uranium bombardment by 20-40 KeV argon ions, Annex 2

Description
This paper shows the results of argon ions interaction with the polycrystal natural uranium. Thin foil of uranium about 200 μ was bombarded by 20-40 KeV argon ions. Coefficients of cathode scattering δ and secondary electrons emission γ were measured, during the process A+ →U. The foil was then studied by transmission method and method of single step replica using an electron microscope
Abstract (Serbian)
U radu su prikazani rezultati interakcije jona argona sa polikristalnim uranom prirodnog izotopskog sastava. Tanka folija urana debljine oko 200 μ bombardovana je jonima argona energije od 20-40 KeV. U toku procesa A+ →U mereni su koeficijenti katodnog rasprasivanja δ i sekundarne elektronske emisije γ, a zatim je folija ispitivana pomocu elektronskog mikroskopa - transmisionom metodom i metodom jednostepenih replika (author)Files
