Synthesis and physicochemical investigation of UO2SO3·2CH3CONH2·H2O

Description

The UO2SO3x2CH3CONH2xH2O complex is synthesized by uranyl sulfite interaction with acetamide in aqueous solution at room temperature. X-ray diffraction characteristics are determined, IR spectrum, composition and thermal behaviour of the prepared complex are discussed. Isostructural character of UO2SO3x2LxH2O compounds (L-carbamide or acetamide) is stated
