Description

The history of mammology development trend in Russia is traced by example of the Russian Radiology Research Center (RRRC). The rational, economically sound, highly-efficient system of mammary gland complex investigation consisting of the risk group women selection stage, the after investigation stage in specialized mammographic centers with application of modern equipment and instruments, the medical treatment stage including functionally sparing therapy, patients rehabilitation, development of optimal rhythms of prophylactic examination is developed and introduced in the Center since 1978

Abstract (Russian)

На примере истории развития маммологии в Российском научном центре рентгенорадиологии (РНЦРР) прослежена эволюция данного направления в России. С 1978 г. в Центре разрабатывается и внедряется рациональная, экономически целесообразная, высокоэффективная диагностическая система комплексного обследования молочных желез, состоящая из этапа отбора женщин в группу риска, этапа дообследования в специализированных маммографических кабинетах с использованием современного оборудования и инструментария, лечебного этапа, включающего органосохраняющее функционально щадящее лечение, реабилитацию больных, разработку оптимальных ритмов профилактического обследования
