Description

Parallel plate detectors with sizes up to 30 x 30 cm2 have been built and time resolutions of 350 psec for α-particles and approximately 200 psec for 25 MeV 16O have been obtained. For these detectors a fast preamplifier was developed. Two digital processers for multiplication and division of 13-bit numbers have been built. For a PDP 11/40 a program has been developed which allows the on- and off-line data analysis. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Es wurden Parallelplattenzaehler bis zu einer Groesse von 30 x 30 cm2 gebaut. Man erhielt Zeitaufloesungen von 350 psec fuer α-Teilchen und ca. 200 psec fuer 25 MeV 16O. Fuer diese Zaehler wurde ein schneller Vorverstaerker entwickelt. Es wurden zwei digitale Prozessoren fuer die Multiplikation und Division von Zahlen von 13 Bit gebaut. Fuer einen PDP 11/40 wurde ein Programm fuer die On-Line- und Off-Line-Analyse von Daten entwickelt. (orig./AK)
