Definition of chemical composition of the primary cosmic rays in the energy range E = 10-100 PeV by data of experiment 'PAMIR'

Description
Data of experiment 'Pamir' in the field of energy E = 10-100 PeV of the primary cosmic rays (PCR) are analyzed. Characteristics of artificial initial γ-families sensitive to chemical composition of PCR and obtained on the basis of MC0-model of the quark-gluon strings are investigated. In the field of energy E = 10-100 PeV dependences of the fractions of initial γ-families on estimated energy for easy p+α-particles and heavy nuclei with mass number A > 4, forming gamma-families in a X-ray-emulsion chambers (XREC) in this energy area are studied (authors)
