Preparation of potassium tetrafluoroborat enriched with boron 10 or boron 11 isotopes

Conditions for preparation of potassium tetrafluoroborate enriched with boron 10 or boron 11 isotopes by interaction of enriched with these isotopes boron fluoride and potassium fluoride aqueous solution are described. A flowsheet of preparation process and laboratory-scale plant are presented. By results of analysis mass fraction of the basic substance in a product is 99.67%, yield on the basis of KBF4- is 98.71%, boron yield on the basis of boron is 98.71%
