New superconducting niobium beryllide with the A15 structure

Description
The synthesis of the new Nb3Be beryllide with the A15 structure and the lattice period with tetragonal phase is accomplished by the heat treatment at 875-1100 deg C of the Nb and Be amorphous film coatings, formed by the magnetron deposition from the short-period Nb and Be. The area of the Nb3Be phase existence and critical temperature of the transition into the superconducting state, equal to 10.0 K by the transition width of 2.5 K, are determined

Термообработкой при 875-1100 град С сформированных магнетронным осаждением из короткопериодных слоев Nb и Be аморфных пленочных покрытий осуществлен синтез нового бериллида ниобия Nb3Be со структурой А15 и периодом решетки с тетрагональной фазой. Определены область существования фазы Nb3Be и критическая температура перехода в сверхпроводящее состояние, равная 10.0 К при ширине перехода 2.5 КAdditional details
