Verification of INFRA code centerline temperature prediction capability
Description
Temperature prediction capability of the UO2 fuel performance code, INFRA was evaluated by using the measured fuel centerline temperature data in HRP(Halden Reactor Project) and IFPE database. By using well characterized fabrication and irradiation history, INFRA calculation results were compared with measured data. Comparison results show that INFRA predicted fuel centerline temperatures show good agreement with measured data within acceptable accuracy
