Signatures of B0sub(S)-anti B0sub(S) mixings in panti p and e+e-collisions

Description
Recent measurements of the bottom meson life-time and upper limit on the ratio GAMMA(b->ulν)/GAMMA(b->clν) have strengthened the hope of large mixing between the neutral bottom mesons Bsub(s)0-anti Bsub(s)0. We investigate the consequences of such a mixing in e+e- annihilation and panti p collisions and estimate dimuon rates and backgrounds from various sources. We point out that the recent UA1 dimuon data hint at a substantial mixing in the Bsub(s)0-anti Bsub(s)0 sector. (orig.)
