Application of scanistors for the moving plasma diagnostics

Description
An optical-electric system consisting of two scanistors (monostring semiconductor element) with 5kHz inquiry frequency used for multichord plasma diagnostics has been described. The system is applied for measuring plasma parameters depending on an impact parameter. Also it may be used for measuring velocity of and for determining the shape of moving plasma filament with respect to two orthogonal projections with approximately 0.3 mm space resolution
