On stability of a restricted charged helium film with a metal substrate

Description

The peculiarities of the problem on stability of a charged He film surface of limited sizes with a metal substrate are considered. The dependence of critical parameters of instability on film sizes in its plane are found. A method for observing metastable states of the charged liquid film is proposed
