Description
The approach to the problem of constructing effective local operators of interaction between systems of strongly interacting particles, based on the requirement of proper analytical structure of partial-wave scattering amplitudes, has been developed. The approach has been applied to constructing effective potentials for N 4He, N 3H, N 3He, and 3He4He scattering
