Strengthening domestic operating experience feedback work of nuclear safety

All international nuclear regulatory bodies and IAEA regard operating experience feedback (OPEX) as necessary measures to guarantee nuclear safety, and continually strengthen management to OPEX system and evaluation capacity of event, aiming at improving effectiveness of OPEX. This paper briefly introduced OPEX history and present status in domestic and foreign countries, and then proposed some ideas and suggestions on management of OPEX to National Nuclear Safety Administrator (NNSA).
