Description

Dynamics of the signals fluctuations from neutron flux detecting units (NFDU), which control neutron flux density in a reactor core, have been analyzed. The analyzed signals were long time sets of data, which are received in the process of continuous control of the state of the nuclear power plant equipment with the design in-pile control systems, and which were received during the work for power production of the reactor plant PWR-1000 in a steady state regime. Using a wavelet analysis it was show, that in the fluctuations of these signals not only the periodic phenomena are observed, but that these phenomena reflect the dynamics of the neutron field of the working reactor. Thus it is unambiguously shown, that fluctuations of the NFDU signals are not the random noise, but that as a matter of fact they are a useful component of the general signal, which reflect the dynamics of the processes, which are controlled with the given detecting unit.
