Course of fracture-dislocation of the hip during coma: value of computed tomography

Based on a case of repeated dislocation of a fracture-dislocation of the hip, despite effective traction in a comatose patient, the authors emphasise the value of computed tomography in the initial assessment of traumatic lesions of the hip.
