Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) has established and implemented a Quality Assurance program to provide assurance that the design, procurement, construction and operation of nuclear power plants conforms with applicable regulatory requirements. The FPL Quality Assurance Program described is in compliance with the requirements of Appendix B to 10 CFR Part 50
