Improvement of image quality in knee arthrography using a simple system
Description
A simple and inexpensive technique for arthrography is described. A standard fluoroscopic unit with overhead tube is used. A special cassette holder allows the use of cassettes with a screen-film combination normally used for mammography. An exceptionally good combination of factors important for a good image quality is obtained

Les auteurs presentent une technique simplifiee et bon marche d'arthrographie. Ils utilisent une table de radiologie standard avec tube au-dessus et un passe-cassette simple, specialement construit pour recevoir des cassettes avec des ecrans renforcateurs et films a haute resolution, destines aux mammographies. Il est en outre possible de reunir un ensemble tres favorable de facteurs concourant a une bonne qualite photographiqueAdditional details
