COBRAPC is a versatile thermal-hydraulics crossflow code capable of predicting the steady-state and transient flow and temperature (enthalpy) distributions in rod bundle arrays. The code is structured after COBRAIIIC, but contains a number of the one-pass licensing models and user conveniences contained in LYNXT and VIPRE. Unlike LYNXT and VIPRE, which are available only on mainframe computer systems, COBRAPC is operational on the IBM-PC AT
