Acceleration of carbon clusters and observation of their tracks in CR-39 by atomic force microscopy

Description
The carbon clusters were accelerated to MeV energies by HI-13 tandem accelerator. The beam current of the carbon cluster was measured. The carbon cluster bombarded CR-39 plastic nuclear track detector, and the tracks of C1 and C2 in CR-39 have been observed by atomic force microscopy
