Description
The transformation kernel and symbol of the interwining operator for the representation of the group of non-homogeneous point canonical transformations have been found in the Weyl symbol space of quantum operators. It was shown in what form the singularity symbols and group characters are associated with the singularities and stationary points of differential mapping. The Green functions linear momentum hamiltonians is also found. The method of canonical P-L transformation is suggested
