On synthesis and crystallization in Sr-Ba-La-Al-O system

Description
The solubility of the mixture SrLaAlO4 and BaLaAlO4 was investigated by solid-state reaction. The solubility of BaLaAlO4 in SrLaAlO4 was found to be 2.5 mol%. On the surface of the polycrystalline pellets, the cubic phase of LaAlO3 was detected. Crystals of SrLaAlO4, BaLaAlO4 and SrLaAlO4 doped Ba were obtained by the Czochralski method
