Time-amplitude analysis for the recoil nuclei in a projection chamber

Description
The description and major characteristics of a detector based on the method of electronic projection of a strongly-ionizing particle during its stopping in a wide-gap drift volume are given. The detector energy and time resolutions have been measured. The instrument comprises a plane-parallel ionization chamber and a multiwire ionization chamber (MWC). Be measuring the full charge and signal time from MWC it is possible to find the energy and projection of the residual particle path
