Resonance ionization spectromicroscopy (RISM) with subwavelength spatial resolution: The first observation of single color centers
- 1. Institute of Spectroscopy Russian Academy of Sciences, Troitsk, Moscow region 142092 (Russian Federation)
Description
We present the first experimental realization of RISM technique based on laser photoelectron projection microscope. Single F2 color centers on LiF needle tip surface were for the first time observed. Future prospects of the method are discussed
