Pseudo-tumoral venereal lymphogranulomatosis: a case report

The venereal lymphogranulomatosis is increasing since 2003. The rectum injury can be shown under a misleading tumor aspect with the same characteristics in endoscopy and imaging than a rectum cancer; It is important to think about it in case of rectum injuries for a patient with a risk of sexually transmitted disease in order to avoid a quick orientation towards surgery when this disease can be cured by a simple and efficient medical treatment.
