Literature and in-house data on therapeutic effect of autotransfusion of UV-irradiated blood are analyzed and generalized. Observation results of the effect on the organism of autoblood transfusion after its UV-irradiation similar in spectral composition to the solar one are presented. The influence on the organism of irradiated and nonirradiated blood autotransfusion is considered
