Structural changes in PZT base ferroelectric ceramics in glass-dipole state under electric field effects

Description
Results on roentgenostructural study of multicomponent solid solution on the PZT base are presented. The revealed regularities in changes of phase composition and structural parameters under effect of electrical field are discussed from the viewpoint of glass-dipole state presence in the object under study.
