Structural-metabolic theory in radiobiology
Description
Structural-metabolic concept is presented. It reflects the period of radiobiology development when physico-chemical, biochemical methods of investigation has successfully come into use. Wide application of achievements of molecular biology, biochemistry, physical chemistry, genetics and other related disciplines approach to the knowledge of intimal molecular kinetic mechanisms of biological radiation effect formation. Philosophy and methodology forming the base of any biological radiation investigation were analysed. Wide bilogical value of structural-metabolic concept is shown
