Variation of 85Kr activity in the atmosphere of Prague in the period 1983-1989

Description
The results of measurement of the 85Kr content of surface air, performed in Prague in 1983-1989, are given and variations in the data are analyzed. For the period of 1983 to 1988, the annual averages exhibit no statistically significant differences; the mean85Kr activity was 0.83±0.03 Bq/m3. In 1989, however, the average concentration of this radionuclide was definitely higher, by 13%. (Z.M.). 2 figs., 1 tab., 10 refs
