Influence of pressure up to 2.0GPa on the magnetic ordening in GdBa2Cu3O7-δ system

Description
The influence of high hydrostatic pressure up to 2.0 GPa on the Neel temperature and H-T phase diagram of GdBa2Cu3O7-δ is studied. TN is found to increase under pressure with the baric coefficient dTN/dP=0.1K/GPa. It is shown that the field of the spin flop transition HC1(0) is practically independent of pressure and that the field of the spin-flop transition HC2(0) has increased by 2.5 kOe at P=2.0 GPa with respect to HC2(0) at P=0 which related to an increase of the field and decrease of the anisotropy field under the uniform compression
