Description

The paper aims at description of small-sized automatic ultraviolet spectrometer designed to diagnose plasma based on molecular spectra within 200-400 nm range. Measurements within the mentioned range are characterized by high information content because it covers the key electron-oscillation bands of emissions of many molecules and radicals. Paper describes optical scheme of spectrometer, types of spectrograms and basic characteristics of the device

Abstract (Russian)

Цель заметки - описать малогабаритный автоматический УФ-спектрометр, предназначенный для диагностики плазмы по молекулярным спектрам в диапазоне 200-400 нм. Измерения в этом диапазоне отличаются высокой информативностью, так как в нем находятся основные электронно-колебательные полосы излучений многих молекул и радикалов. Приведены оптическая схема спектрометра, типичная спектрограмма и основные его характеристики
