Description

It is shown that the relativistic generalization of a certain classical, non-linear, scalar, field theory displays unphysical behavior not found for the non-relativistic case. An explicit, unphysical solution of the relativistic equation is given. The different properties of relativistic and non-relativistic particle densities affect the behavior of the solutions in the respective cases. (Auth.)
