The evolution of the radio spectrum of Cassiopeia A

Description
Measurements of the decay of Cas A at 8.0 GHz yield a rate of -0.70 + 0.07 percent per year. A comparison with determinations at lower frequencies establishes that the decay rate is frequency dependent and that the radio spectrum of Cas A is becoming flatter with time.
