Superphenix - first commercial fast reactor

Description
The main features of the fast breeder reactor Superphenix, which is to be built in France, are illustrated in a series of outline sketches. These include an artists impression of the site, a plan and elevation of the station buildings including the turbine hall and substation showing how the various components fit into the overall plan, a block elevation of the reactor showing the positions of the main components, a sketch of a steam generator, and interconnection diagram showing how the main and auxiliary transformers are supplied with diesel standby generators.
