World nuclear power status
Description
Although affected by Fukushima accident, the trend of the global nuclear reviving process maintains. By August 2017, there are over 440 commercial nuclear power reactors in operation in 31 countries, with over 390000 MWe of total capacity. About 60 more reactors are under construction, over 160 planned. According to the data from World Nuclear Association, the status of the world nuclear power development is briefed. (author)
