Time of flight neutron powder Rietveld refinement of the ZrKH(PO4)2 structure
Description
The structure of ZrKH(PO4)2 is determined from X-ray and neutron diffraction data. A minimal X-ray powder data set is deconvolved to serve as a starting point for Rietveld refinement. Application to other compounds is considered. 11 references, 1 figure, 3 tables
