Organ distribution and kinetics of 67Ga citrate in rats with experimental tumours

Description

The distribution and kinetics of 67Ga citrate in rats with the solid form of Yoshida's sarcoma were investigated. It was shown that the selected type of experimental animal, the selected type of tumor and the experimental conditions used provided results comparable with hitherto published experiments as well as with clinical experience and could therefore serve as an experimental model for the evaluation of new radiopharmaceuticals for positive scintigraphy of tumors.
