Method of Moessbauer spectroscopy for 67Zn

Description
The method of Moessbauer measurement for the 93.3 keV level of 67Zn isotope is developed. For this puspose a high stability digital sinusoidal voltage generator for the 2-900 V range has been constructed. It provides deviation from the sinusoidal law smaller than 3x10-5; frequency and amplitude instability smaller than 10-5 and 10-3, respectively. The frequency response of quartz and piezoelectric transducers was measured and several improvements have been made. A piesoceramic sensor has been mounted at the place of the source-holding spring for permanent movement control. This reveals new possibilities for futher optimising the transducer construction, working regime adjusting and distortion compensation. The accuracy in displacement measurement is 4x10-12 m
