Study of patterns for 137Cs transfer to the rat offspring with breast milk and a modifying effect of ferrocene on the process

Description
Transfer of 137Cs into the progeny of lactating rats is studied in case of its daily incorporation into females: radiocesium concentration ratio in body of female rats and progeny absorbed dose formation and modifying effect of ferrocene on these processes. Certain regularities were stated in radionuclide concentration dynamics in female rats and progeny during 30 days lactation. Application of ferrocene to lactated female reduces the radiation dose to rats-mothers and increase down to 1.0 and 0.08 sGy correspondingly

Исследован переход 137Cs в потомство лактирующих крыс при его ежедневном введении самкам: кратность накопления радиоцезия в организме крыс-самок и потомства, формирование поглощенных доз и модифицирующее действие ферроцена на эти процессы. Установлены некоторые закономерности в динамике накопления радионуклида у крыс-самок и потомства в течение 30 сут молочного вскармливания. Применение ферроцина кормящей самке понизило дозовую нагрузку у крыс-матерей и приплода до 1,0 и 0,08 сГр соответственноAdditional details
